Come and spend time with family this Christmas morning and celebrate Jesus’ birth. There will be no tea and coffee and the Cedar Tree won’t be open after the service. For the mince pies and mulled wine come to our Carol Service on Sunday 18th December.
Churches Together in Hexham’s annual joint service will be held this year at Hexham Community Church. Join us at 11am for a celebration service with other local Christians. There will be children’s groups for 0–Year 6. Tea and coffee will be served after the service, and the Cedar Tree will be open then as well.
We’d love you to join us for our Christmas Family Service On Sunday 16th December at 10.30am at Hexham Community Church. A short family-friendly service with carols, songs, a bit of drama and a lot of fun! Simple lunch provided afterwards – no charge We hope you can join us!
Expect lots of festive fun at this family service led by the Messy Church team. Join us for tea and coffee downstairs from 10am if you like, and/or stay for refreshments afterwards. It’s that time of year again – students from Texas are coming to north east England to run events, bless our churches and teach about Jesus in local schools. We are welcoming four teams this year to Hexham, Birtley, Sunderland and Teesside, which is why we call it the Texan Invasion! Going Deeper – with God through Worship An opportunity to go a little deeper in worship than we sometimes can go on a Sunday morning and also give the chance for a more open, prophetic preach.
While we won’t have our usual carol service in the building, you can still join us for a Christmas message, carols with our band, and then a Zoom social afterwards where we encourage you to bring a mince pie and some mulled wine for that festive feeling!
